Boating Enforcement. This is a P.O.S.T. certified
course is currently taught to marine patrol officers

National Association of State Boating Law
Administrators. This P.O.S.T. certified Marine
Accident Investigation course is currently taught to
marine patrol officers throughout the United States

Task Force to rewrite the California Department of
Boating and Waterways Vessel Accident Report
Manual. The manual was published in April of
2002 and is currently used for
the instruction of writing vessel
accident reports in the State of California

Task Force to develop the curriculum for a forty
hour advanced Marine Accident Investigation and
Reconstruction course. The course is POST approved
and a new class offered by the California Department
of Boating and Waterways. The first class was
taught in March 2007 and is offered once a year

Boating Accident Manual for the California Department of
Boating and Waterways. It was published in March
2009 and is presently being used by marine patrol
officers throughout the State of California.
